You and Your Job

As a Wholesale Banking Summer Intern based in Rabobanks Atlanta GA office you will support the Food & Agribusiness Corporate Banking team through research analysis and client-focused initiatives. You will gain exposure to corporate banking food and agriculture markets and the collaborative work that helps clients achieve their business goals.

Throughout the internship you will work with professionals across Rabobanks product and service offerings while developing technical analytical and professional skills. The program includes training mentorship networking opportunities and exposure to senior leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support a variety of projects and initiatives across Rabobanks Food & Agribusiness business.

• Conduct research analyze information and help identify insights that support business and client needs.

• Assist with preparing presentations reports and other materials for internal and external audiences.

• Collaborate with professionals across different teams and business areas.

• Participate in meetings training sessions and networking opportunities to learn about the banking industry and Rabobanks business.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Your Promise to Us:

To be considered for the Wholesale Banking Summer Internship you must have:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program entering your junior year

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel PowerPoint and Word.

• Demonstrate strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Be comfortable working with data conducting research and drawing meaningful conclusions.

• Show initiative curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.

• Must be able to work on-site at Rabobanks Atlanta GA office throughout the internship.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

Internship Overview:

Rabobanks internship program is designed to provide a mutually beneficial relationship and growth opportunity for Rabobank and collegiate students. This experiential learning opportunity provides practical application and skills development in a professional environment and is aligned with Rabobanks commitment to recruit top talent in the communities we serve. While employed as a summer intern students will have the opportunity to prove their ability to learn and demonstrate key skills that will make them successful at Rabobank. To aid in this endeavor students will be matched with a mentor and provided the necessary professional development opportunities to achieve their goals. The internship will be a full time 40hr a week position 10-week paid program.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $49.50/hour

This position is subject to the terms of Rabobanks compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location or for other lawful reasons. Further all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to Rabobank employees including healthcare benefits 401k matching vacation sick leave parental leave possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
