As a Business Solutions Intern you will collaborate with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of business and technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and deliver value to clients. Youll gain hands-on experience with business process analysis data analysis process automation and technology-enabled solutions while contributing to real-world projects. This role offers the opportunity to develop your analytical technical and problem-solving skills while receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams to support business and technology projects that improve operational efficiency and client processes.
• Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement automation and technology-driven solutions.
• Gather organize and analyze data using spreadsheets databases and other technology tools to support project objectives.
• Participate in researching designing testing and implementing business and technology solutions to address real-world challenges. Support the development of project documentation reports and client deliverables.
• Assist with gathering business requirements troubleshooting issues and testing solutions to ensure they meet project needs.
• Participate in team meetings project discussions and collaborative problem-solving while learning from experienced professionals.
• Take initiative in researching solutions exploring new technologies and developing technical skills while receiving mentorship and support from team members and leadership.

Education and Experience:

• Working toward a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Accounting Finance Information Systems Technology or related field.
• Anticipated graduation date within one year of internship
• Minimum Overall and Major GPA of 2.8
• Minimum of 6 12 Accounting hours depending on practice

Professional Skills Requirements:

• Work effectively in a fast pace high-energy environment.
• Strong problem solving attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks work on multiple assignments and manage ambiguity.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
• Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications Outlook and etc.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word Access Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Internet navigation and research.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid drivers license required.
