What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers store associates and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor entrances parking areas receiving areas and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents customer concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe pedestrian and vehicle activity to help support orderly operations and report unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.
• Document incidents observations and patrol activities accurately and promptly and communicate relevant information to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
