As a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Engagement in Wyncote PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers store associates and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout the retail location parking areas loading areas and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents customer disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points deliveries and restricted areas in accordance with site-specific requirements and document observations and incidents accurately.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly retail environment by providing a visible presence and communicating professionally with customers employees and local responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
