Job descriptionALIGCUS Construction is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Architectural drafter/designer.This position needs to work for both our US company at office and China design team remotely. Our company primarily works on AutoCAD to complete construction schematics to prepare for city or county approval. Knowledge of municipal building codes is necessary as well.Job Description:1. responsible for coordinating with architects and municipal government departments related to personal communication, building program drawing, construction drawing, construction, and communication work;2. responsible for communicating and cooperating with China design team and US design team, translating for both teams to make work done more efficiently;3. Work time from Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM, 1 hour meal timeQualifications:1.
