You will play a central role in delivering high-quality, outpatient medicine in a supportive environment backed by a seasoned clinical and administrative staff.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide broad-spectrum outpatient family medicine care, including preventive care, adult medicine, pediatric wellness, chronic disease management, and minor in-office procedures.Serve as the collaborating/supervising physician for mid-level clinicians (Advanced Practice Providers), offering chart reviews, clinical consultation, and mentorship.Maintain patient continuity within a "one practice, one chart" framework across our Middle Tennessee clinic network.Collaborate with local specialist networks and hospitals for seamless patient referrals when necessary.Participate in practice quality improvement and clinical workflow optimization.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited program.Licensure: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM or ABOFP).Active (or eligible for) unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Tennessee.Active DEA registration.Experience: 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience preferred; experience supervising/collaborating with APPs is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills, clinical leadership, and a commitment to independent, community-focused patient care.What We OfferCompetitive base salary with productivity incentives.Comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, retirement plan, CME allowance, and paid malpractice coverage.Predictable Monday–Friday clinic hours with manageable call responsibilities, prioritizing healthy work-life balance.Dedicated clinical support staff (MAs, nurses, in-office lab capabilities, and secure patient portal systems). xhyhwjd The autonomy of an independent practice with the stability of a 25+ year community footprint.
