Candidates must:

• Possess 4-15 years of experience in Emerging Companies & Venture Capital law.
• Have a strong background in venture financings and corporate affairs for technology enterprises.
• Be adept at providing comprehensive counsel to high-growth startups.
• Demonstrate experience representing investors in venture capital transactions.
• Be comfortable advising on corporate governance matters.

These roles are not suitable for:

• Attorneys with less than 4 years of relevant ECVC experience.
• Those primarily focused on litigation or transactional work outside of ECVC.
• Individuals seeking only a 9-to-5 transactional role without strategic client engagement.

Senior ECVC Associate

Location: United States (Remote)

Compensation: $224K - $300K

Experience: 7-15 YOE

Work Model: Remote

This position is for an individual with extensive expertise in venture financings, representing startup companies, and managing general corporate affairs for technology enterprises, helping to establish a specialized ECVC group.

ECVC Associate

Location: San Francisco / New York (Hybrid)

Compensation: $310K - $435K

Experience: 4-8 YOE

Work Model: Hybrid

This role involves working with a globally recognized firm advising technology, life sciences, and other expanding businesses, from nascent entrepreneurial ventures to global corporations, as well as the venture capital firms supporting them.
