As an Airport Security Officer: Part Time Monday/Tuesday in Kahului HI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. Pay Rate: $26.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

01:30 PM - 10:00 PM

02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License (1 years)
• 18 years of age

• Must be able to read write and speak English fluently

• Ability to pass a background check physical and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers airport personnel tenants and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport terminals public areas roadways parking facilities perimeter locations and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity unattended property hazards and policy violations according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner coordinating with appropriate airport personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports patrol logs and other required documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
